One treatment for ganglion cysts is to apply essential oils twice a day. Pure frankincense oil is ideal as it has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Three treatments a day of apple cider can also be very helpful. Soak a cotton ball in one tablespoon of apple cider mixed with a quarter cup of water. and place it on the cyst and leave for 30 minutes. You can use black tea to restore the pH of the cyst, reduce inflammation and pain, and assist in faster healing. Just place a black tea bag on the cysts and leave for 30 minutes. Dilute around half a cup Epsom salts into a small bucket of warm water and bathe the cyst for fifteen to twenty minutes.
