Low Carb Diet And Exercise

Low Carb Diet And Exercise

Dieters intend on losing weight fast often combine dieting and exercise with one goal in mind – getting in shape fast. In a world of instant results and gratification, this is understandable. But the question is, does low carb diet and exercise really help them get the exact results as fast as they intend? They should make an exercise and diet weekly plan to achieve their goal. With a low carb diet plan and a rigorous aerobic exercise routine, they can only do much to lose unwanted fat.

Exercise needs Carbs

The problem is that every time you exercise, you need the energy to get your through. Carbohydrate is that source of energy. Whenever you eat, your daily toil burns the calories you’ve taken in from your meals. The calories that are not used in our body are stored as fats. The more that gets stored, the more obese you get. Exercise will burn the calories from the food you take; the stored body fat is next when there are no more calories to burn. To some extent, low carb diet and exercise can work. But not for long. Sooner or later, you will need to take in carbs to let you go through your exercise routines.

A Balancing Act

The key is basically to strike a beneficial balance between your exercise regimen and diet plans. Just bear in mind that exercise will need a source of energy which is your carbs. Lessen the carbs you need, and you compromise completing your exercises. Either you trim down on those workouts in terms of intensity or duration, or you maintain a reasonable carbohydrate intake to sustain the energy level you need to go through the day and still take on to complete your workouts.

Either way, you will need to rethink about structuring your diet plans and exercise regimen to yield the most effective fat loss for you in the shortest possible time.
